• AI-powered analysis of uploaded CSV/Excel data files
• Generation of business insight reports with executive summaries
• Key metrics, patterns, and actionable suggestions
• Multiple analysis scenarios (SALES, CUSTOMER, ECOM)

The Service is intended for business analysis purposes only and does not provide medical, financial investment, or legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY ANALYSIS RESULTS OR BUSINESS INSIGHTS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE. THE ANALYSIS RESULTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE SOLELY RELIED UPON FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHTDECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• ANY ANALYSIS RESULTS OR BUSINESS INSIGHTS PROVIDED
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
• ANY STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES, REVENUE INCREASES, OR COST SAVINGS FROM USING OUR SERVICE. ALL BUSINESS DECISIONS REMAIN YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Payment Processing

Subscription plans and payment processing are handled by third-party payment platforms (Creem). By subscribing, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

6.3 Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features at any time. Changes will not affect your current subscription period but may apply upon renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

The InsightDeck platform, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

The analysis reports generated for you are licensed to you for your internal business use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
